Advances, discounts and cancellations
We collect deposits for selected dates, such as New Year's Eve, etc.
Various discounts can be found at travel agencies or we provide them for larger groups. You can also choose one of the discounted hotel packages.
The client is obliged to notify the hotel in writing of any change or cancellation of the agreed range of services ordered and subsequently confirmed by the hotel. In case of cancellation of the stay and ordered services, the hotel is entitled to charge the client cancellation fees in the amount of:
in case of cancellation up to 21 days before the day of arrival 25% of the price of the agreed services,
in case of cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival 50% of the price of the agreed services,
in case of cancellation within 7 days before the day of arrival 75% of the price of the agreed services,
in case of cancellation within 2 days before the day of arrival 100% of the price of the agreed services.

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, then within 48 hours at the latest, if the taxpayer registers sales at the given checkout point in normal mode.
